Pros
-Technology is revolutionary for the verticals targeted. Huge potential. -Most co-workers were cool. -My individual manager was awesome. -I was able to find a work/life balance, but only because my direct manager really "got it." -Excellent professional training ground (bc you learn what not to do).
Cons
-Low morale -40%+ of company let go in one day. It was a bloodbath. -Top level management doesn't understand how to ACTUALLY implement tech and train a client. As in, what exact buttons does a client push and how is that information presented. Nuts and bolts stuff. -Administrative tasks that are more efficiently handled centralized constantly pushed onto field teams. In fairness, they fired all the field teams, so I guess that problem is gone. -Top down decision making. -WAY TOO MUCH EGO FROM THE TOP. -Didn't seem like anyone wanted to look at data to make the right (again, nuts and bolts) decisions re: revenue/profit & client experience. -Mediocre pay with no clear avenues for growth. -Health insurance wasn't great.
