Cafeteria, transportation, uniform, best place for unskilled employees to learn. Not good place for experience persons

Worst management, felt like school atmosphere. No career growth, bucket system and high politics, standing work.

1) Experience with different industries (semiconductors, automotive components, solenoids, hybrid charging stations, etc.

1) Racism against foreigners in the Japan office. 2) Power harassment to younger staff 3) Sexual harassment happens often and is dismissed when brought up to management/HR (change seating arrangement only) 4) Unsupportive management and HR 5) Traditional Japanese company that rejects change 6) Work duties are not clear 7) Max overtime every month (and still told that I am not putting enough effort into work) 8) No career growth 9) Salary based on age 10) Traditional Japanese atmosphere where age determines respect
