Honesty in the daily communications between staff. Everyone had an input and people seemed to care about one another. Good pay, a good opportunity to embrace more responsibility.
Cons
A little volition in the executive team as far as attrition. Lots of turn over and things changed rapidly. I think that’s typical of a start up that’s trying to reach operational efficiency.
