Pros
ShipWorks is an amazing company that allows you to get out of it as much as you want to put into it. The staff are all knowledgeable on what the positions they are in and the atmosphere is infectious
Cons
Cons are difficult to think of here. I would say that I agree with issues of 'corporate' red tape, but I do not see them coming up often.
