Pros
- A lot of autonomy if hitting sales targets!
- No BS, they tell it to you straight. Very clear, very good communication.
- Generous benefits package - paid all of my health insurance, cell and 3 weeks pto.
- Recurring clients that stay, increase commitments and usually renew.
- Unusually high staff retention rates.
- Promotes from within.
Cons
- Sales jobs there always required "new logo" accounts.
- Can't cruise by on only prior large renewals regardless of how big they were.
- Still had to work the phones as Cold Calling is still part of the job. Even for senior staff...
- Would not chase big projects if the opportunity was not with a recurring client.
