It pays my bills. The employees are chill and know what to do, they'll be your training.
Cons
No benefits, health vision or dental. They reduced holidays down to five days and extended the pto accrual from 12 months to 15. The boss serves no purpose other than to sign your checks, so he makes up for it by micromanaging every little detail and putting down the employees any chance he gets. He has the constant need to put himself above everyone and uses insults and vague threats to make you feel like you owe him. He's constantly putting the company on thin ice saying he'll shut the place down. If you check his reviews, the same was said back in 2016. He'll hire you and fire you on a whim, some people didn't last a full day, others usually three days. It's a paycheck, bite your tongue until you find something better.
