Good for college students with no work experience
Cons
Since it is a startup company, it has comparably lower job reliability.
No bonus - the only two things will interns do with most of their time will be sales and reporting here. Even if its just an internship, it would be more meaningful and cheerful for intern to be rewarded with bonus for their new contract or exceptional work achievement.
