Pros
Management works hard to give you the hours that you need. If you need a day off they're usually good before they make their schedule to give that day off to you. Fairly easy job once you know it you got it. Not very stressful until management shows up
Cons
Management constantly wants more out of you they don't respect the work you do they do not pat you on the back for anything you do no "good job guys"or anything. We are the top store in the district, work without a manager 99.9% of the time we run that store as keyholders without a manager present. The store is absolutely spotless perfect looking and customer service is wonderful but yet nobody says you're doing a good job! When I started they told me I'd get a raise after 1 year that was a lie! Keyholders make $10 an hour that's all! Sales associates make $9 an hour. You could go to Walmart or even McDonald's and make more. We have many responsibilities including dealing with the cash ,selling to a certain percentage, This store runs at 100% because of its key holders. The benefits are just okay nothing to brag about. Many employees say they have been there for 2 or 3 years without a raise. Biggest issue is no praise for a job well done and the pay is awful.
