Your skill set and abilities are encouraged and most importantly a high degree of trust and autonomy is afforded. Constant learning due to the incredibly intelligent people involved in the project. Great location in Barcelona. International team. Remote work friendly on an ad hoc basis A strong sense of teamwork.
Cons
Career plan somewhat unclear in comparison to bigger companies but I would say at the same time that being a start up there is flexibility to where your career could lead. Team is still small so if you like working in larger teams, something you will need to get used to.
