      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, Young executives, Family-type relationship. It's a start-up company, so the pay is low, but the employees/employers are very friendly and fun. They are easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Low pay, High turnover. The work can get boring. New company, so always changing things around.
