We frequently benchmark our people programs to ensure we're providing our Shogies with competitive total rewards, and policies that provide an inclusive and equitable working environment. While we are unsure of the time frame in which you worked at Shogun, we conducted an onboarding analysis and are proud of the programs we've implemented to ensure our Shogies are set up for success. These include but are not limited to: ongoing management training, how we document processes and maintain our knowledgebase, onboarding and ongoing training processes for Shogies, and new ways of collaborating on high-priority tickets. We are continually working to ensure our Shogie experience is top-notch and appreciate you taking the time to provide your input.
