Management lacks desire, they have no compassion to others. Rude, disrespectful, don't care how they talk in front of customers to it about you. Calls employees stupid, retarded, etc. PAY HORRIBLE, terrible hours with no customers favoritism to certain servers (exact words from manager) will not out 2 best servers (been there since there were dinosaurs) in bad tables to make bad tips
