Pros
During the interview, you'll be told that it's an amazing place to work for, that if you work hard - raises will come quickly (because he wants to keep you happy and if you're making him money, so should you right?), that everyone there is like family and the company is growing at a crazy rate.
Cons
The illusion of how great the place is, was put to rest not even 10 minutes into the job. The owner was screaming loudly at a (former) co-worker and in his face - extremely aggressive. Saw this several times with other co-workers (including myself) while was working there. Very little to no training, yet if something's not perfect - expect the owner to be in your face and screaming. Witnessed a co-worker getting physically threatened by the owner because the owner thought he was laughing at him while he was being screamed at (he wasn't, it was a nervous response to what was happening). Of the 10-12 employees that were working there while I was there for 2 months, 1 left because another employee was freezing her out and criticizing her, 2 were fired and 1 left because found something MUCH better. Apparently, the turnover in months before that were pretty much the same. As for co-workers, while some were nice, most couldn't be bothered to even be civil unless something was in it for them. Very negative atmosphere.
