Pros
Most people seem well intentioned.
Cons
The teams are a challenging mix of experienced and totally junior people, but the experienced ones are never given permission to lean on their experience and were treated the same as everyone else. There's no clear vision or direction (for a while the vision was simply "world domination" -- what are we supposed to do with that?). There's no accountability and no trust whatsoever across teams. No collaborative spirit, just resource guarding. Sales have been down for over a year now, with minimal meaningful change in the sales approach until it became dire. The whole leadership team aside from the CEO has turned over in the past 10 months. There have been three different layoffs in that time span, each messier than the last. The remote culture is also bad, as there are next to zero team bonding attempts and most people don't even turn on their cameras, even for 1:1 calls.
