      Pros

      Friendly, motivated, energetic and very, very smart people in all offices. The BG team is welcoming and one joins the crew fairly fast. The international colleagues are all accustomed to the varied nationalities. Everybody has the mindset of "getting it done" rather than thinking of the proper procedure and slacking behind rigid rules.

      Cons

      Constant mergers with other companies (as it is apparently the standard in the industry) and this causes focus and capacity leaks.

      You can work from home some days

      Cons

      - most decisions are managed as a secret. So you can’t be transparent towards your colleagues. And management it’s all secrecy until you end up finding out things by a different people something that involves you or your team. - it’s very hard to grow here. - the company is very disorganized - HR team, I’m not sure why these people decided to dedicate to work on this area but they are not empathetic towards the employees
