Pros
Awesome people and a unique company combining media and retail. People are very friendly and it's easy to learn about other departments and roles if you're interested in exploring.
Cons
I think what's most concerning is the amount of layoffs the company has been through. Many employees have left and come back several times, sometimes leaving on their own and sometimes due to layoffs. The company is privately owned, so wide-reaching decisions are made more quickly without needing to have a clear business plan to present to a Board or investors. Growing pains with new management are very present and while senior leadership has made some positive changes, there isn't a clear business plan to get behind so morale is low because people are concerned about job security. Small teams managing large workloads.
