Cons
Morally deficient and shady would be the best way to describe this company and its owner. There are a couple of good managers, but the inmates are running the asylum. This company has a history of not responding to customers, ignoring problems, and fostering discrimination. The way to move up in the company is not through hard work, but by taking supervisors and managers to lunch or giving them gifts. They have a built in customer base from corporate accounts and that is the demographic they cater to. They do not care about small or local businesses, they are just for making up the dollars they lose to the concessions they make to the corporate accounts. The only way to advance in the company is by stabbing coworkers in the back, by telling on others, and/or taking credit for other's hard work. The owner continually hires people with little to no experience based on fabricated or exaggerated work histories.
