Great company with even better people

Small team with not a ton of direction

The team is really inspiring and works really well together. Being around great people is one of the main things I look for in a position. The technology has really taken off and it's really cool to see it powering such big name sites. The technology is continuing to evolve and there are always new challenges to solve. The company is growing quickly and encourages joint-problem solving. Quarterly off sites are plus too as we take a step back from the day-to-day.

As you would expect at a technology company, the hours are not the typical 9-5 but it goes by quickly because there is so much to do. This isn't the place to go if you're looking for a 9-5 job or to "get by" un-noticed
