      There are absolutely none, this really is a great company to work for! The team and management are very supportive.

      - Approachable management - Opportunities to progress - Ideas and Suggestions taken onboard

      Cons

      No significant cons for me personally. There has been great improvement to our software recently (this year, 2025) and this has had a huge positive impact on productivity and ease of the job, as older versions made some day-to-day tasks more lengthy than preferred. Major upgrade!
