Pros
you'll learn quite a lot, quite a few different technologies are used here, and quite an unusual tech stack, which gives you the benefit of learning a lot. the people are also quite nice, although there may be times when it's more stressful than others.
Cons
long hours, due to the time difference. most kanagers are located in the Bay Area, 10h difference, which kinda imposes that you be on either very early in the morning or very late in the evening. also the oncall duties are not the prettiest in the industry. in the end of my employment I felt like there were too few people for the amount of work needed to be done there. also the people can be ok or not ok, you need to have a little luck on the peers you work with.
