It is alright. Medium pay for a relatively simple job

Short tempered boss gets in the way

Pros: - Really nice relaxed and employees first culture. - Generous salary and bonuses. - Work/Life balance is top notch - Truly open and care for their employees. - Remote working option (atleast while I am working) - No corporate BS and flat structure. - Everybody is respectful and it's pleasure working and talking to everyone here.

Cons: - The only con I could see for me personally that I didn't work on many challenging projects. Felt stagnated sometimes, learning and challenges are there but sometimes the tasks feel repetitive. But I think that's the case in each tech company.
