      I've been fortunate to be aligned with ShotFlow's mission and commitment from its beginnings in 2015, driven by a common dedication to empowering individuals and streamlining processes within this specialized industry. For me the biggest "Pro" is the right people addressing the current landscape of creative production processes. As a result, ShotFlow has the most sophisticated technology on the market to support enterprise content production.

      Cons

      For me, I miss spending time in-environment and the only "Con" is not having a fixed office/location with a completely remote and distributed workforce.

      Pros

      ShotFlow has worked hard to bring together a collection of individual professionals with incredible experience. It's a team with no duds. Everyone is a pro, everyone is a good person, everyone is working hard every day to make their coworkers successful. What's better is that this group is all passionate about solving the same industry problems. This all adds up to make ShotFlow a joy to work for. Each day is fun and fulfilling, and I always look forward to engaging with the work and the people. And still, I'm confident the best is yet to come. Can't wait to see what's next.

      Cons

      Small companies struggle to offer competitive health benefits. This isn't the fault of ShotFlow, but the system at large. ShotFlow makes up for this by offering generous (unlimited) PTO, 401k with matching, fully remote work with a flexible schedule and a wonderful work/life balance.

      Work life balance was great

      Cons

      The management and decisions made in the company is to the betterment of management and no one else. They dont care what they do, who they hurt or who they let go, no people skills, especially the CTO.
