Loved the energy at the company. Totally focused on growth, doing things the right way. And taking care of clients. The company uses AI tools, mixed with a lot of traditional approaches. Team is divided into devs and sales/marketing. Good mix of ideas, creative thought and tech speak.

It's not necessarily a con, but we all work remote. This works out great for me - every quarter we have a team meetup. This style of works well for me - but it might not be for anyone.

Loved working remotely on an AI tool with a smart, supportive team. Leadership values input, and the work is exciting and challenging. Flexible culture, great for devs who want to make an impact.

It's pretty fast paced, so things move quickly. The workflow/process is still evolving, so things are not set in stone. And lastly, budgets were tight.
