Great learning environment but salary needs improvement - Process Coordinator Shree Vasu Logistics Employee Review

I have been working at Shree Vasu Logistics for over a year. The work environment is positive and supportive, and team collaboration is excellent. During my time here, I have been able to develop my professional skills and gain valuable experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of employee compensation. While I am satisfied with the learning opportunities and workplace culture, I do not feel that my current salary adequately reflects my contributions and experience.

Providing regular training programs, clear promotion pathways, and performance-based salary increments would help improve employee satisfaction and motivation.

Mujhe is company mein kaam karke bahut accha anubhav mila hai. mai yaha 18 year se work kar raha hu, mai yaha as supervisor join kiya tha aaj Sr. manager ke post me work kar raha hu, yaha ka Work environment professional aur supportive hai. Management employees ki baat sunti hai aur learning ke kaafi opportunities milti hain. Team ke saath kaam karna enjoyable hai aur career growth ke liye bhi yaha accha platform hai,
