-Direction changes regularly as the company tries to balance finding its feet in a new market with shareholder perception -Nepotism in some teams, especially at VP level and above -Regular layoffs resulting in low morale from tenured employees -The acquisition by Getty will likely mean more layoffs, so not a good time to join the company -Unable to find its place in the market, but placing bets on new technologies, which will hopefully pay off for them
