Co-workers make your day. Not only by sharing knowledge but also to make things seem less chaotic (when they actually are).
Cons
Being tied-up to Brazil's "Lei do Bem" (tax bill) and Korea's nonsense makes it difficult for it to come out with relevant or even remotely quality-full final products (which is a shame due to the team's possibilities).
