Great Product Company to Work and Grow, Good Salary almost market standard. I am working in Sirius for five years. If you are looking for career growth this is the company to work with, of-course challenges are there. Yes, you might have to stretch yourselves, work is more, new areas to step in. Many critical responsibilities are given at a very early stage (Juniors), which is very rare in big companies. They have a great product and the good thing is they are always experimenting with new technologies and innovating the product periodically. Very clear Roadmap with a result-oriented approach. Your roles and responsibilities will much more than your years of experience if you compare with your friends in other companies.
