      Pros

      - Sia Partners develops its in-house AI & tech solutions that clients really like. They have a sustainable business model with great mission & vision. - The firm provides the employees a dynamic and collaborative environment. The organisation is very flat and no one plays politics here. I feel comfortable tapping coworker's shoulder or giving them a ping whenever I need help. - Excellent work life balance and flexible work arrangement.

      Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

      Cons

      Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
