      Restaurant looks good Hours aren’t terribly late Mostly nice customers Good happy hour/ potential to make good money

      Cons

      Tip out is robbery…. 8.5% Management is awful, no idea what they’re doing. Manager is a major❄️ head Rude, passive, staff Issues with rats and bugs

      Pros

      Previous worked as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Bar Manager at Sidebar. Sidebar is the type of place where you can grow and learn. If you have an idea, the owner will allow you to execute that idea. It's great if you are a creative type with ambitions.
