      Excellent company policies and goals Food is amazing and fun to make Culture is valued and upheld High quality control

      Cons

      Not always a lot of hours Understaffing can be part of the business model Any excess food waste is taken out of employee's hours - which happens almost daily due to stringent waste policies (quality control)

      Very flexible with my school schedule and understanding

      I went through about 4 different managers for only being there for a year and a half. Delt with a lot of issues.
