Be prepared to be always be on top of new tools, new content formats, new team structures etc - Even if you're a decent performer, you'll never feel satisfied due to the constant passive-aggressive feedback from your manager/director - You wear a lot of hats: writer, SEO specialist, project management, client comm, the burnout is REAL!
