Work overload, several project at the same time

Very few pros for Pennsville NJ. We watch all the other sites get investments and upgrades and we are under invested for decades. We work with a lot of dangerous products and old failing equipment- just an incident away from something terrible happening.

Management is on a revolving door, employees come, look and leave as soon as they can get out. Executive leadership used to feel supportive, hear that with all those changes, not so much anymore.
