Pros
The company is very well managed by real professionals. The team work spirit is the first thing everyone can feel from the first day of employment. Safety regulations are enforced on daily basis and the company health care package is more than enough. There are few things to improve safety wise.
Cons
Employees evaluation and promotion within the company needs some adjustment. Some personal safety issues could arise, enforcement of PPE utilization seems to be the solution.
