Constantly firing and then hiring similar roles - Customer Success Manager Sift Employee Review

Layoffs are cyclical here like they don't learn. Sales fall off, layoffs happen to great people who are making real impact, the work is distributed, the team remaining is burnt out but promoted, they hire for the roles they laid off but change up the title slightly like they've "optimized". They have not. Careful taking a role here, longevity is not promised. Like clockwork.
