Boosting Poor Performers - Assistant General Manager Sify Software Employee Review

Govt Office. Poor performers have great opportunities over there, nobody can sack easily. Plus poor performers can stay for more than 7 or 10 years and enjoy doing nothing. No body is evaluating the value added from the resources who is staying long what they are doing today and what is the improvement. this seriously demotivates ppl who is working hard and overloaded one sided with lower pay.
