Where do I begin? Sigma AI is hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They treat their employees like animals, showing zero respect for basic human rights or decency. Management is brutal, unprofessional, and completely inhumane in handling any situation. Contracts are terminated suddenly without warning, leaving employees stranded and without explanation. They lie and manipulate employees into working extra hours, dangling the promise of upcoming projects, only to turn around and say the project has ended or never existed because “the client didn’t send anything.” One of their big clients is one of the big tech companies worldwide, and we all know it pays millions for these projects. Yet, the equipment Sigma AI provides is secondhand and ridiculously poor quality. I once asked for a new keyboard and was told they couldn’t provide one. Chairs? Cheap, uncomfortable, and completely unsuited for sitting eight hours a day. It’s outrageous for a company handling projects of this magnitude to be so cheap and uncaring toward its employees. The workplace policies are beyond absurd. Employees are forced to clock in and out even for bathroom breaks lasting more than five minutes. The lunch break is a measly 30 minutes, and if you dare to take a breath of fresh air, you’ll need to clock out for that, too. This obsession with micromanagement is oppressive and completely demoralizing. Management is not only incompetent but downright abusive. The so-called leadership is unprofessional and lacks diversity, despite their claims to the contrary. no variety in culture, and certainly no respect for differing backgrounds. The work environment is disgusting. To make matters worse, Sigma AI forces you to attend meetings on your personal time—meetings where they stress “speeding up” your work to the point for example of telling employees not to go to the bathroom if it slows productivity. They’re more focused on exploiting every second of your time than ensuring you can work effectively. All employees are dissatisfied, and for good reason. This company is a joke and should be avoided at all costs. Their promises are empty, their practices are unethical, and they have no respect for the people keeping their business afloat. Sigma AI is a toxic place that grinds people down and discards them without a second thought.
