6yWe're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at Sigma and we greatly appreciate the feedback. We are always looking to improve the employee experience and increase employee happiness at Sigma. We're delighted to hear that you believe our employees are capable and smart, we couldn't agree more. This was a big growth year for us as we increased our team by 61%. Finding and training the team so we can all thrive is something we're always looking to improve. You will be happy to hear that on-boarding was a high priority for us this year - we recently launched a new program that includes several days of company and product training. We've also established a culture team that works to develop and promote our core values, including how we communicate employee departures (which has always been to update the org the day someone leaves) We agree there's a lot of buzz about our product, with recognitions for Most Innovative Products from the Strata Data Conference, as well as CNBC Upstart 100 list. Just as we promote our customers to access their data, we are always working hard to do the same for our employees by promoting product usage through training to ensure every domain expert at the company is part of the data conversation.We know that employee happiness is a journey, something we need to work hard everyday.
