File notes for everything, ask about careers, file note, miss something off a list, file note, have to leave for an emergency, file note. Wages are poor for back office staff. Short staffed in areas, the focus was always about pushing calls. Ended up working 50 hours plus some weeks including Monday - Saturday due to staff shortages that they could not replace. No matter how many times you ask for career development plans you were ignored. Promotions came in the form of who was in the clique with the heads of department rather than skills. Lots of back handed whispering.
