Pros

No Pros we see except one time salary

Cons

My experience at SIGMASOFT was extremely negative due to serious management failures. A major client issue, caused by poor leadership and mishandled processes, resulted in an entire project team being removed from the client account. Since then, employees across the company have been under constant uncertainty and stress. Management does not communicate, does not respond to employee concerns, and provides no clarity on job security. Professional standards are missing, and policies around exits and notice periods are applied inconsistently and unfairly. Decisions feel sudden and unpredictable, leaving employees with no sense of stability.

Pros

I had a very disappointing experience working at this company. The company does not honor its commitments to employees. My salary has been delayed for more than one month, and despite sending multiple emails, the HR team has not responded. There is a lack of transparency and communication from management regarding salary payments. Employees are left without any clear information about when they will receive their due I strongly advise job seekers to carefully consider this before joining. A company should respect employees' time and effort by paying salaries on time and maintaining proper communication. we can collectively approach media or legal authorities.

Cons

Salary delays, poor HR communication, lack of accountability. Very unprofessional company. Employees are not treated fairly and salary payments are delayed. My salary has been pending for more than one month, and despite sending several emails, the HR department has not responded. A company that cannot pay employees on time should not be hiring people. This situation creates serious financial stress for employees who depend on their salary. I believe the relevant authorities should look into such practices to ensure companies follow proper labor laws and treat employees responsibly.
