      Pros

      The pay and benefits are pretty good. The PMs and coworkers as friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      As long as you handle your job duties you shouldn’t run into any problems on the company side. Most of the Government clients are easygoing but I can only speak for the ones I have come in contact with.

      Care about their people & are lenient with extenuiating circumstances.

      Cons

      Not many cons honestly besides being a smaller defense contractor nd not having as many opportunities as the larger ones.
