Great place to work. Overall great coworkers and management. Working here in fabrication you will build everything. All sorts of unique sculptures and signage.

Some long days here and there but that is expect with certain projects that come through. Always paid overtime for any minute passed 40 hours.

No one really cares about Attendence or workmanship

Management is unable to keep material in stock, order hardware, or maintain machinery. No one cleans up after themselves leaving the shop incredibly dirty at all times. Was told there would be room for growth, training and schooling, yet have been stagnant since arrival despite asking numerous people in a management and ownership.
