Signature Homes has an amazing company culture. They have been incredible to work for.

I haven’t found any cons in my first year of employment.

Extremely focused on the social aspect of their company while using outdated and inefficient software and systems that make tasks unnecessarily difficult. Training is odd and multiple unsupported personality tests are given, these results are then used to criticize your character in front of others. Heavy emphasis on sales tactics to the point that positions that are not sales related will be told to use manipulative behaviors towards home owners. Most positions are under compensated for the workload required and there is little discussion on how to progress on your career development.
