      Great team and creative people Creative Director- Saravanan is helpful at times

      Cons

      Little room for growth, long hours. No work life balance and low salary. Ludmila, Saranya and Ponmani are there just to emotionally and mentally harass you. Micromanagement and no seniors to guide, not a great place to start your career. Brijesh is there only for face value and business, Sindhu claims to be the HR but hardly dose any HR related works.
