      Pros

      Flexibility, less stress than clinic jobs, most clients are very nice.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Since CVS purchase, benefits have been taken away. Frustrating issues with scheduling. No appreciation or respect for providers doing member visits. No pay increases in years, so between inflation and removal of benefits, making less now than 4 years ago.
