6yHello,
We appreciate your feedback and compliment of the people here and our CEO. The cons you pointed out are definitely something we can take into consideration. We wish we could have learned this information sooner from you, while you were here, but we can share with the current leadership team.
You are right, we do have high expectations for our product. It is a core value of ours to "Believe Big" and although it may have seemed unattainable to you, we have a team, VP of Product & Engineering, and CEO that thinks it is possible. One way to do this is by having a lot of transparent meetings to manage expectations, ensure we are on the same page as we progress, and continue to build on the Agile methodology. Collaboration can sometimes lead to a lot of meetings but, at this stage, we would prefer to overcommunicate than under-communicate. It is a balancing act and something we will continue to improve, again, thank you for helping us keep this in perspective.
We wish you success at your next opportunity and if there are more suggestions you feel comfortable sharing directly, please feel encouraged to connect back with us.
Sincerely,
Sigstr
