I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects, especially in UI/UX design, which has significantly broadened my portfolio. My reporting manager, Seema Ma'am, has been incredibly encouraging, providing constructive feedback and promoting a positive work environment. The company provides flexibility in work hours, allowing a good work-life balance. There’s a focus on continuous improvement, and the company actively supports skill development.

Fast-paced work environment, which can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when managing multiple deadlines. Some processes could be streamlined for efficiency, especially when juggling projects across different departments. Overall, Siimteq Technology has been a rewarding place to work, and I feel confident in my growth here as a designer!
