company in bad shape - Executive Engineer Sikraft Infotech Employee Review

I was told to resign as there are no more projects from Siemens, and also told that situation is not likely to improve in coming years. So here I am with no job, without any savings as Sikraft pays very less salary. My job profile with Sikraft is not acceptable to other companies as I was doing mostly the manual work which Germans from Siemens didn't like to do on their own, and gave it to this company from a "low wage" country!!! This manual work is proudly called "Engineering" by my fellow Sikraftians. Joining Sikraft is till date the worst decision I made in my life.
