      - Sila has been growing fast but still puts a huge emphasis on living their values. - Great culture - Sila employee's are valued and given great benefits: commuting benefits (depending on what office), cell phone reimbursement, great health care - The people at Sila are great. - Work life balance - Upper management constantly asking for feedback and willing to implement change - Good training program
