- Remote work and flexible hours - Brilliant colleagues; it is humbling to work alongside such talented and friendly people - Opportunities to work on innovative products in an interesting industry - The company's vision of "using AI to fight financial crime" is honorable and provides meaningful and fulfilling work

- Remote work at a global company means there aren't opportunities to directly collaborate with colleagues. It would be great if management could enable more in-person meetups. - As a small start-up the company pivots often, which means employees must be able to adapt to change easily

My experience was brief yet very revealing; net / net = nice folk who sold some code for 2 banks 10 years ago...... doesn't translate to a credible / legitimate solution for any financial sector buyer,

q2 '25 funding round miss set a 20 % RIF & resignations; sales. Big gap on leadership & strategy; early learners & part time is the norm in Sales & Marketing team.
