Beware - UAS Pilot Silent Falcon Employee Review

Overworked and underpaid. Hired me on as a UAS pilot but added other job titles into the offer letter without any extra compensation. The pay was already well below industry average. I ended up doing desk work 90% of the time, not what I signed up to do. No training was provided for new duties and was punished for not knowing what to do. Poor leadership and lack of direction as a company. This place has a revolving door of employees. Two people quit during my first week. Would not recommend.
